1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at rndtp.com and any services provided by RND Technology Providers ("RND," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Car Scout application.

By accessing our website, using our services, or enrolling in any communications program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

RND Technology Providers offers IT services including, but not limited to, managed IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery, and IT consulting. Specific terms for contracted services will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

RND also develops and operates software applications, including Car Scout, which provides users with automated notifications about vehicle data matching their search criteria.

3. Car Scout SMS Messaging Program

The following terms apply specifically to the Car Scout SMS messaging program operated by RND Technology Providers.

Enrollment and Consent

You must affirmatively opt in to receive Car Scout SMS messages. Enrollment in SMS messaging is not a condition of using the Car Scout application or any RND service. Your consent to receive SMS messages may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.

Supported Carriers

Car Scout SMS messages are available through most major US carriers. Carrier availability is not guaranteed and may vary. RND is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by carrier limitations or network conditions.

No Marketing Messages

Car Scout SMS messages are limited to service notifications about your vehicle search data. We will not send promotional, marketing, or advertising content via SMS.

4. User Accounts

Some features of our services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at privacy@rndtp.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of our services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation.
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our website through automated means without our written consent.
• Impersonate RND Technology Providers or any other person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on rndtp.com — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of RND Technology Providers or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Car Scout name, application, and associated materials are owned by RND Technology Providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use RND's trademarks, trade names, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

You may access and use our website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Vehicle data provided through Car Scout is sourced from third-party data providers and is presented for informational purposes. RND does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any vehicle data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RND Technology Providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to RND in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party services. These links are provided for convenience only. RND does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
