We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
5. Data Retention
- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to one (1) year from the date of submission, then deleted.
- Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within a reasonable timeframe.
- Analytics data: Retained in aggregate, anonymized form. No personally identifiable analytics data is kept beyond the period needed to generate reports.
6. SMS Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number and explicitly opt in, we may send you SMS messages for service updates and account-related notifications.
- Opt-in: You must affirmatively consent before receiving any SMS messages from us. Consent is not a condition of receiving our services.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent.
